VDEX Passes $40 Million Volume

One month ago, VDEX passed $10 million in volume. Today, that figure stands at over $40 million. In the last week, traders bought and sold nearly a million dollars worth of Bitcoin and Ethereum each and every day.
June is set to be a big month for us. Last week, we listed Ethereum perpetual futures. This is a small step but an important one to our team because it demonstrates that we are actually able to expand our offering to users. More interestingly, however, VDEX will also list the Nasdaq’s MicroStrategy (MSTR) and the Turkish Lira in the coming two weeks.
We’ll also be going on tour. The VDEX team will attend Bitcoin Prague from June 19th to 21st and EthCC in Cannes from July 1st to 3rd. We are also excited to announce that VDEX is hosting Merhaba Istanbul, a sunset cocktail dinner and afterparty at Istanbul Blockchain week. VDEX’s Merhaba Istanbul will take place from 18:00 to 21:00 on Friday, June 27th and feature Türkiye’s top voices and traders. In the past few weeks, we have also paid particular attention to growing our team. On the engineering side, we have doubled the size of our backend capacity with three new engineers! Two new bright hackathon winners joined VDEX as junior developers while a PHD candidate became Virtual Labs’ newest Senior Cryptographer and Engineer.
VDEX is also hiring a series of interns. We brought on a marketing operations intern and a summer technical intern. I am also looking to hire a personal assistant. If you are interested in this role or joining VDEX in general, please reach out via my X.
VDEX is our consumer beachhead application of Virtual Labs. Our vision is the development and adoption of zero knowledge state channels, and the ZeroGas and decentralized future they represent.
